Pride & Purpose

Be part of something bigger. Protect lives, property, and the wild places we all love.

“Crystal Lakes is more than just a beautiful place to live. It is a community that looks out for one another, and that spirit is what drew me to serve. I never set out to lead a fire department, but over time I found purpose, pride, and a second family here. Serving as Fire Chief is one of the greatest honors of my life. I believe in leading with respect, compassion, and a steady hand. Emergencies will come, but the strength of this department is in the people who step forward and say, I am ready to help. If you have ever felt the pull to do something bigger, to be part of something meaningful, this is your chance. We will train you, support you, and stand beside you. You do not need experience—just heart and the willingness to show up. Join us. You belong here.”
